Measurements of time The sensors below the sloping plane control an electronic circuit in the black box: a The green LED remains on during the time interval when the magnetic block is slipping between the two sensors. The multimeter measures the difference in potential to the heads of a capacitor; for the entire time interval during which the green LED the capacitor is connected to a constant current generator. The current intensity is directly proportional to the voltage of the battery.
